This is the last Will and Testament of me Murray Marshall of Godalming in the
county of Surrey timber merchant I devise and bequeath all the real and personal
estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear wife
Eliza Marshall absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust by way of
mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same respectively. And I appoint
my said wife Eliza sole executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other
testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this
twenty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and sixty nine - Murray Marshall - signed by the said testator as his last Will
and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request
in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as
witnesses - Fred Marshall Broadwater Godalming - H.C. Marshall Broadwater
Godalming.

I Murray Marshall of Godalming in the county of Surrey declare this to be a
codicil to my Will dated the twenty first of October eighteen sixty nine. I
hereby appoint my dear wife Eliza and my brother Frederick Marshall and the
survivor of them the guardians and guardian of my infant children during their
respective minorities. And in all other respects I confirm my said Will. In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirteen day of September
eighteen sixty nine - Murray Marshall - signed and declared by the said testator
as for a codicil to his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his
presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed
our names as witnesses Charles Pontifex Lincolns Inn - Marshall Pontifex 5 St.
Andrew's Court Holborn.

Proved at London with a codicil 8th March 1870 by the oath of Eliza Marshall
widow the relict the sole executrix to whom admon was granted.
